All sales are final, there will be no returns or exchanges. Please make sure you are ordering the correct items and sizes. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions about sizing.

SHIPPING POLICY

Please double check when placing your order that your shipping address is correct. If you notice a mistake contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has been shipped the address cannot be changed. La Maingrette is not responsible for packages sent to a wrong address entered by the buyer.

Please note that we are not responsible for any product once it has been shipped. Refunds will not be issued for products delayed or lost in transit. Instead, we ask that you work with the postal service to follow up on the delivery.
